Emma is a highly experienced Broker Support Officer with over 10 years in the mortgage broking industry, she provides efficient, end-to-end support across the full loan lifecycle, ensuring applications are managed accurately and in line with compliance requirements.
She specialises in managing client and stakeholder communication, assisting with lodging applications, and maintaining accurate records through aggregating systems such as MyCRM. Known for her strong attention to detail and proactive approach, she ensures applications progress seamlessly from submission through to settlement.
Her expertise includes coordinating valuations, assisting clients with FHOG & Government Scheme applications and loan documentation, while liaising with lenders to keep applications moving efficiently.
