Nathan Saunders is the founder and agreement holder of Formal Finance, bringing over 14 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. He is a full member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and holds a Diploma of Financial Services in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Nathan’s expertise spans a broad range of lending solutions, from complex commercial structures and self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) lending to assisting first home buyers in entering the market.
He is committed to ensuring every loan is structured strategically, helping clients maximise their financial position and future opportunities. Whether it involves tax-effective structuring or securing all eligible grants and incentives, Nathan takes a thorough approach to identifying and implementing the best available options.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family and competing in endurance sports. He is a former winner of the Busselton 70.3 Ironman and the Rottnest Channel Swim.
